ZHE hearing 9 am Tuesday May 16 600 2nd Street (Lomas at 2nd – Plaza del Sol Building – basement conference room)
Victor will testify at the hearing and others from HBANA board and neighborhood residents will attend. Board encouraged to invite neighbors.
April hearing – good showing from neighborhood members 25 – 30 6 or 7 people presented
7-11 had requested another deferral the night before Hearing officer let the neighborhood members present anyway.
HBANA will appeal if Scarsgard is granted permit – consensus vote in favor of appeal.
National Night Out - Olivia National date is Tuesday, August 1, 2017 Neighborhood associations are encouraged to host meeting of neighbors. Focus on crime prevention, neighborhood watch programs, etc.

Promotion Yard signs 4 – 8 @ $25 – group approved 8 signs ($200). Barb will help Olivia with the sign printing. HBANA Banners will be displayed at the park at site location prior to event.

HBANA approved an event budget of $600 plus or minus 10% for Olivia to use.

Elizabeth -IDO /Comp Plan – HBANA will contact the City of ABQ for a presentation of the IDO / Comp Plan. Rob will contact the City of ABQ Planning Department to request a speaker.
Clark – status of brewery – Permit for the brewery was given. Opening of the brewery will take about a year.
